Motto from Béla Hamvas, hunagrian writer, philosopher: Life is not the opposite of existence, but its degraded and reserved state. However life has a state when it become negative. This negative existence is not death itself, not passivity, not annihilation, but a neutral impasse. This is reflection. (…) Reflection is the state when someone is external to everything: external to life, to existence, to community, to reality, to alertness, to everything that is substantial. This is exactly why reflection lacks metaphysics and religion, and also community. Reflection has only one content: illusion. This is the individual "I".
